Are you our new administrator/training coordinator in Stockholm?

Changemaker Educations AB is looking for people who want to work with our university of applied sciences courses in Stockholm.

We are a growing school that has operated in the digital and creative industries for the past 20 years. With us, you get close contact with both students, guest lecturers and the business world.

In the role of training coordinator, you are responsible for the coordination and administration of our training courses being conducted in a structured and efficient manner.

You will work in a team with education leaders and other coordinators to maintain good quality in preparation, implementation and follow-up of the educations.

Your mission and responsibility

In the role of education coordinator, you are involved in the operation of our educations and work closely with our education leaders who have the main responsibility for the implementation of our university of applied sciences educations. You will be a resource for the school in Stockholm and partially collaborate with other locations, the assignment includes a mix of service, coordination, project management and ongoing administration across the locations.

You are meticulous, flexible and used to organizing your work independently. You enjoy working at a periodically high pace and handle many different cases in parallel. You have good communication and social skills, are responsive and good at searching for information on your own. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

The work includes administrative routines and processes linked to the various educations in the area such as;

  • Responsibility for matters concerning e.g. study certificates, transcripts, diplomas, etc.
  • Involved in administration and implementation of e.g. course evaluations, grade reporting and other documentation
  • Responsibility for administrative processes and planning around schedules, exams and CSN reporting, etc.
  • Responsibility for ensuring that documentation, reporting and quality assurance takes place in accordance with the requirements of the Norwegian University of Applied Sciences
  • Participant in management group meetings with responsibility for writing minutes
  • Helpful for exams and re-exams
  • Involved in planning and follow-up before, during and after internship periods
  • Participation in other cross-company projects or work areas that may occur.

The position requires you to have good computer skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office. We prefer that you have previously worked with web/computer-based administration tools, and it is advantageous if you have experience in similar educational administration tasks. You are used to taking notes and can write accurate minutes and meeting notes.

In order to succeed in the role, you need to be able to connect with people easily and be humble in the face of the challenges you get on your table. You are clear and direct in your contacts and have the ambition to always deliver a high quality in your work.

Qualifications

  • At least five years of work experience
  • At least high school diploma, preferably with administration/economics as a specialization, etc. college or university of applied sciences education
  • Good computer skills
  • Used to working in different IT environments and systems
  • Previous experience as an administrator, preferably with a connection to an authority
  • Used to keeping together and being responsible for processes and working with collaboration areas
  • Interest in service and to inform, advise and educate

Other information

The position is a permanent full-time 100% position, a 6-month trial period is applied.

Access date as agreed.Location mainly Stockholm. Occasional trips to other locations occur.
