To strengthen our team in Bad Hersfeld, we are looking for

Logistics Department Heads / Area Managers

After intensive training in the processes of our logistics center, you will take over management of one of our main departments (goods receipt, goods storage, picking or packaging).

You are responsible for managing, monitoring and controlling operational processes as well as for the technical and disciplinary management of 80 to 120 employees. You will work independently both in day-to-day business and in projects to continually improve our processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– We are looking for experts – and rely on a wide variety of different qualifications, such as BA, FH or university degrees in various disciplines and several years of relevant professional experience.
– We want employees who drive change through curiosity and courage, make decisions and have the ability to question themselves.
– You enjoy being a role model for our employees and impress with your enthusiasm and “hands-on mentality”.
– Your very good knowledge of German and English is important for communicating with our local and international colleagues.
– Willingness to work shifts is required for the position .

– You have knowledge of Operational Excellence (Lean Management, Six Sigma).
