As we grow, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d).

In your role as HR Business Partner, you are the competent contact person for all HR topics in a defined network of our distribution centers. You support the management and all colleagues with your technical HR expertise and are available with empathy and flexibility to answer any questions that arise.

*In this role, you will look after several locations in your region and independently coordinate your travel activities in order to always be present and on site according to the needs of your network*

Region: Bremen, Bremerhaven, Cloppenburg

Key job responsibilities
– Close cooperation with the managers in your support area and Supporting them in the exercise of their leadership tasks, data collection and the implementation of guidelines.
– Ensuring the smooth running of all operational HR processes at the locations in the region responsible
– Building effective working relationships with the workforce at all levels, in particular through regular presence at the locations
– Organizing and implementing HR projects in collaboration with the operational areas.
– Resolve multi-faceted employee concerns, including grievances and complex disciplinary issues
– Analyze data and report on key metrics for managers.

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) handles last-mile delivery tasks in collaboration with external distribution companies. We use creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers’ delivery experience as seamless as possible and introduce global delivery solutions for our newest concepts such as Amazon Fresh, Prime Now and Amazon Restaurants.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Completed degree in economics or social sciences, as well as professional experience in a comparable position.
– Sound knowledge and experience in the application of German labor law
– Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
– High social skills and enjoy dealing with people.
– Fluent German and English skills.
– Experience in project management and personnel management.
– Confident use of MS Office applications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience working with a works council.
– Experience with rapid growth and dynamic processes.
– Experience in a fast-paced company preferably in logistics, retail, production or manufacturing.
