We strive every day to become the most customer satisfaction-focused company in the world. To help us achieve this goal, we are looking for an Operational Training Coordinator to join the Learning team.

The Learning team is responsible for training all employees, so that they acquire the skills necessary to ship packages to our customers while respecting safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The team is also responsible for onboarding, training in various areas, including security, and skills assessment. The Training Coordinator will play an important role in improving the performance and experience of new employees through the training provided at our delivery stations.

Key job responsibilities
Your essential missions will be as follows:

1. Monitor the progress of delivery stations in compliance with Amazon Logistics standards and objectives.

2. Carry out local work with our operational teams, in order to ensure the deployment of action plans concerning the following indicators:

* Compliance with initial and continuing training to achieve our performance indicators.

* The implementation of training for our relay trainers, to develop the coaching of our teams locally.

* The development of our employees to prepare for our peaks of activity through their integration and training on various roles.

* Recording of training and control of skills allocation.

3. Be the point of contact for operational teams to monitor the integration processes of their new employees.

4. Help with the deployment of new projects from the various support teams.

5. Identify training and development needs within multiple delivery stations, through regular analysis of operational team skills and create training and development programs based on needs.

6. Carry out training on security and processes within a given geographic area.

7. Deploy the tools necessary for training, produce and update educational materials, in order to make them available to new employees.

8. Audit the compliance of processes related to training and the development of new employees throughout the different stages of their integration.

9. Ensure that our legal obligations are met.

10. Adapt training techniques to the profile of different learners.

The role will require great schedule flexibility and the availability to work morning, afternoon and night shifts. Around 30% of the time will be dedicated to night work, and up to 80% during peak periods. Frequent travel is also to be expected, regularly for several consecutive days.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* Diploma from a secondary or higher establishment (or equivalent qualification)
* Use of the office pack: Word, Excel, Power Point
* Experience in designing and delivering training
* Hourly flexibility according to needs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Strong interpersonal skills: develop and maintain good relationships with your colleagues, treat others with respect, build a climate of trust in your work environment
* Knowledge of English (mainly written)
* Methodical approach to resolving problems problems encountered
* Teamwork
* Continuous improvement of learning methods
* Understanding of project management
* Driving license
