Voice Support Executive

Job Description

We are currently hiring for Voice Support Executive positions in various locations across India. As a Voice Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing them with the necessary assistance over the phone.

Job Responsibilities:

– Answering incoming calls and addressing customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
– Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
– Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
– Escalating complex cases to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
– Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
– Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
– Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
– Collaborating with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.


– Minimum 12th pass or equivalent educational qualification.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bihari.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
– Good knowledge of computer applications and typing skills.
– Previous experience in a customer service role will be an added advantage.
