The more time passes and the more our business grows, the more we must find relevant ways to maintain the safety, satisfaction, motivation and investment of all members of our team. To achieve this objective, we are looking for a Health and Safety Coordinator.

Key job responsibilities
Your essential missions will be as follows:

* Carry out the required risk assessment operations, while ensuring complete monitoring of control measures

* Carry out daily measurements and interventions

* Carry out in-depth analysis of the center’s safety data and control recordable accidents on site

* Audit procedures and provide recommendations to your partners and managers

* Ensure consistent monitoring of your center, in ensuring compliance with Amazon safety procedures

* Investigate accidents, near misses and possible incidents to identify their root causes and maintain our internal records

* Maintain our internal incident records, near misses and accidents.

* Undertake action plans to ensure continued compliance with legislation.

* Ensure confidentiality of aspects affected by security investigations and not disclose any sensitive information

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Sevrey, FRA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* You have a DUT HSE in the field of health, safety and the environment or similar.

* You have a demonstrable in-depth understanding of essential/relevant local safety and environmental legislation.

* You have solid computer knowledge and skills (Excel).

* Flexibility: you may be required to work with different teams: morning, afternoon, night. A rotation system will be proposed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* You have good environmental knowledge (such as ICPE regulations).

* You are able to communicate within a group, both orally and in writing.

* You know how to work within the objectives and deadlines set and independently.

* You are available to work staggered hours.

* B1 level of English.
