Job Title: Role-Player (Filippino Native Speaker)


FAR Group is asking for the Marine Advisor Course (MAC) Role-Player Support contractor is responsible for providing training services to the Marine Corps Intelligence Schools (MCIS) in support of the MAC team at MarDet Dam Neck/Fort Story. The candidate will specifically fulfill the role of a native-speaking role-player in the Filipino language. The primary responsibility is to augment role-players and provide support during practical application exercises, with a focus on Key Leader Engagements (KLEs) and other MAC-related tasks. The position requires knowledge and experience in U.S. Marine Corps Marine Advisor operations and the ability to perform designated tasks effectively.

· Virginia Beach, Virginia.


· Language Skills: Fluency in the Filipino language to effectively fulfill the role of a native-speaking role-player.

· Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in U.S. Marine Corps Marine Advisor operations.

· Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and exhibit strong interpersonal skills when interacting with instructors, staff, and students.

· Flexibility: Adapt to changing schedules, including weekends, non-business hours, and potentially adverse weather conditions.

· Organization and Time Management: Efficiently manage tasks, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth operations during training exercises.

· Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with the course staff, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to achieve training objectives.

· Problem Solving: Demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve issues related to role-player support and training exercises.


· Role-Player Support: Act as a native-speaking Filipino role-player during MAC training exercises, specifically during Key Leader Engagements (KLEs) and other relevant tasks.

· Equipment Provision: Provide military uniforms and mock/replica non-firing weapons for the role-players to enhance the realism of the training exercises.

· Training Schedule: Be available for training activities for 8-12 hours per day, five days a week, as required by the training program.

· Diverse Role-Players: Ensure a balanced mix of role-players, incorporating various ages, races, genders, and appearances to create realistic scenarios.

· Coordination: Collaborate with the course staff to determine role-player schedules, dates, and locations for training exercises.

· Performance Enhancement: Offer recommendations for improving training effectiveness, efficiency, and the interaction between role-players and students.

· Flexibility: Be prepared to support training exercises during weekends, non-business hours, and potential periods of inclement weather.
