Associate Manager

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for quantity surveying, estimating, billing, evaluation of change orders / payment processing and administration of CPD Contracts.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities
Key Performance Indicators
Independently lead / handle project quantity surveying, estimating, billing, settlement of variations of capex works and assist in procurement above 10 crores
Timely completion of activities & release of payment
Interact and suggest methods to optimize construction methods / sequencing with users with a view to reduce time and costs
Optimisation of cost and time
Administration of conditions of contract for the above to control & enforce compliances
Timely completion of activity with minimum changes
Ensuring taxation, HR & Statutory Compliances of running contract with vendors
Compliance Management
Attend progress meetings and assist project team in contract administration issues including response to letters / claims / change order
Project completion at minimum overrun in cost
Analyse and process monthly invoices of project contracts of CPD, enable payment and carry out proper reconciliationCoordinate with various user departments / stake holders in relation to contract administration especially evaluation of claims / variations and settle the claims for recommendation to management for contract closure approval
Project completion within time / costContract Administration

  • Contractors; Clarifications, Variations, Problem solving
  • Consultants; New Projects etc.,
  • Auditors; for compliance

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interact with other / user Departments on a regular basis to: Find/suggest solutions site variation problems/issues related to contract administration Address contract administration issues
Interactions with colleagues/ peers in the business and corporate
With finance, secretarial and other departments for enabling payments

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

  • Total Contract administration Value: Individual contracts 10 cr. Overall value in a year 100 cr

OTHER DIMENSIONS

Has been handling, administrating and closing various contracts related to CPD, total value about 100 cr

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

BE /B. Tech

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Total 6-9 years of experience in handling project contracts
