Greeting and welcoming guests: Front office associates greet visitors, guests, and customers as they arrive. They provide a friendly and professional first impression and direct them to the appropriate areas or personnel.

Managing inquiries and reservations: They handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, answering questions about services, facilities, availability, and making reservations or bookings as needed. This can include managing room reservations, appointment scheduling, event registrations, or other similar requests.

Check-in and check-out procedures: Front office associates are responsible for the check-in and check-out process for guests. They verify identification, provide room keys or access cards, collect payment, and address any concerns or special requests.

Handling guest requests and complaints: They assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay or visit, such as room service orders, housekeeping requests, maintenance issues, or resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Maintaining guest records and documentation: Front office associates manage guest information, update guest profiles, and maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and other relevant details using computerized systems or manual logs.

Cash handling and accounting: They handle cash transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate accounting and documentation. This may involve managing cash drawers, credit card processing, and maintaining financial records.

Providing information and assistance: Front office associates provide general information about the establishment, its services, facilities, and local attractions. They may also assist with travel arrangements, transportation, and other concierge services.

Coordinating with other departments: They collaborate with various departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food services to ensure guest needs are met, rooms are prepared, and any special requests or requirements are communicated effectively.

Maintaining the front desk area: They keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable. This includes managing the reception area, arranging seating, keeping brochures or informational materials stocked, and ensuring a professional appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹11,000.00 per month
