As a recruiting partner of regiocom SE, we are looking for you as a Scrum Master(f/m/d) full-time for the location in Magdeburg (remote work from Germany possible). In your position, you will support the team in their day-to-day work, promote self-organization and personal responsibility. You develop a tailor-made Scrum process, support the continuous improvement of methods and procedures and remove obstacles to lead the team to success. You can expect an inspiring working environment with a wide range of development opportunities and a strong team.

what you will do

  • You support the team’s daily collaboration and promote self-organization and personal responsibility
  • Together with your team, you develop an individually adapted Scrum process
  • You support developers and product owners in the continuous improvement of their methods and procedures
  • You identify obstacles, help to eliminate them and are always available to your team as a contact person
  • You lead and moderate agile events such as dailys, plannings and retrospectives
  • You drive the agile transformation around the development team and regularly provide input for agile experiments
  • You are a coach for your team and promote personal strengths

What sets you apart for the job

  • You have in-depth knowledge of agile methods and ideally have a Scrum Master certificate
  • You have worked for several years as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
  • You have excellent communication and moderation skills and can convey your ideas and concepts to different target groups in a comprehensible manner
  • You are characterized by a very good sense of empathy and a certain assertiveness
  • Ge: C1 – Expert language skills
  • En: B2 – Independent language use

Nice to have

  • You have already gained best practices experience in software development
  • You are familiar with collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro)
