Site Supervisor (Lucknow Airport Project)

Job Description

Education : Masters in Civil / Bachelors in Civil / NICMAR (Preferably).

Location : Lucknow

Summary : Airport Terminal Building Project (preferably from EPC / Construction Companies)

Reporting to Head of the Planning Department.

Requirements:

  • Atleast 2-4 Years working experience in Planning function in TERMINAL BUILDING (AIRPORT).
  • Responsible for Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Cost Control.
  • Preparing Construction Programs, Progress Monitoring Control Sheets, Micro Planning, Budgeting, Base Line Schedules L1, L2, and L3, S-Curves and Progress Reports.
  • Preparation of look-ahead schedules; activities forecast schedule, & pass on information to respective departments for timely availability of resources in site.
  • Assisting Team in preparing presentations during Monthly Review Meetings with Client and PMC.
  • Ensure submission of Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs) and Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs), Delay Reports (DRs) and Tracking Reports (TRs) by the team of Engineers.
  • Compilation of Delay Analysis with Master Schedule from the Client.
  • Narrative Statement Progress.
  • Co-ordination with engineering team for timely submission of drawings for obtaining GFC drawings (good for construction).
  • Attending client review meetings and submitting all details complying with the requirements of client.
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
