Job Description
We are seeking an Housekeeping Attendant who is passionate about flawless service, has an unfailing attention to detail commitment to attend work as scheduled.Key Responsibilities include:

  • Clean floors, walls, furniture, cupboards etc. of guest room
  • Clean patio and furniture
  • Clean guest bathroom; restock linen and amenities
  • Collect garbage from all receptacles in guestroom
  • Strip and remake beds according to hotel standard
  • Clean and check lamps and light fixtures
  • Clean and fill ice-buckets
  • Check and replace hotel collateral and stationary as necessary
  • To attend to any extra requirements of the guest.
  • To promptly inform the Supervisor of any defects or maintenance work required in the guest rooms.
  • To inform the Supervisor of guest comments or complaints.
  • To ensure that the trolleys and cubby holes are kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Ensure that all garbage is removed from the trolley, corridor and cubby hole are clean and tidy before going off duty.
  • Ensure that all linen caddies are placed in the originally position on the corridors before going off duty.
  • Be polite and courteous to guest/staff at all times
  • Consistently provide professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Any other reasonable requests made by Management

  • Prior experience as housekeeping attendant.
  • Writing, reading & oral proficiency in the English language
  • Must be well presented and professionally groomed at all times
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
