Technical Customer Service Center Coordinator intern.


You will coordinate normal dispatch of the CSE’s, the appointments with the customer and documentation of all calls/requests that come in from Customers for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, Application trainings.

In addition, you will provide support functions for several offices aiding in meeting customers’ needs during critical times to ensure performance demands.



  • Serve as the main point of contact for SHS customers.
  • Receive all service calls, email requests and/or tpF requests that come in for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, Application trainings.
  • Successfully coordinate with the customers to schedule field service activities and resources to ensure customer expectations and commitments are met.
  • You will create as well as monitor notification for CSE’s and APPS specialists.
  • You will be as a coordinator to dispatch CSE for onsite visit, preventive maintenance visit, and APPS visits.
  • Provide support, information, prioritization and coordination of assignments for field service Engineers of all service and Application dispatches.
  • Ensure all service requests and dispatches are well detailed, coordinated, prioritized and organized for review & follow-up action.


  • University degree, in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/Clinical Engineering. (Biomedical Engineering) is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, PC
  • Typing skills
  • Bilingual (Arabic& English) preferred.
  • Ability to work during times of high call processing activity and time constraint demands.
  • High learning aptitude.
