Treasury Assistant – Check Preparation and Disbursement

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for the processing of disbursement

Duties &Responsibilities:

  • Prepares check vouchers and checks / debit advice
  • Prepares Telegraphic transfer / Debit letter
  • Sends files to UCPB for payroll purposes
  • Monitors receiving copy or received APVs from accounting
  • Monitors inventory of check books
  • Receives and monitors cancelled checks
  • Prepares daily and month-end report regarding disbursements
  • Performs other related functions as directed by the immediate superior

Job Specifications:

Education: Graduate of BS Accountancy, BSBA major in Financial Management

Experience: At least 1 year of work experience in Treasury Accounting. FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply

Knowledge: Accounting policies and principles, Bank policies and procedures

Skills: Computer literate, Proficient in oral and written skills

Can work under pressure, analytical, flexible
