Sales Manager (Hotel Industry)

Sales manager responsibilities include:

  • Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
  • Set clear performance expectations, assign sales territories or accounts, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture within the team.
  • Collaborate with key decision-makers, understand their business needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, track sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance knowledge and build networks.
  • Share market intelligence with the sales team and contribute to product or marketing strategy discussions.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month

  • Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Master’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Hotel Industry: 1 year (Required)
  • Field sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Sales: 1 year (Required)
