Junior Sales Executive

Main purpose of the role:

To create and establish a sustainably growing and competitive Modern Trade business in the Ice Cream Category across customers/ territories in the UAE with a strong sense of business development. In addition, to deliver the capabilities by setting targets & expectations that will support market growth and scale up MT IC Business across UAE against competition. Also, to contribute to Contract Negotiations for National Accounts.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Build the Rout to Market, management of Key Customers & Manage Key Accounts contracts, and profitability.
  • Plan the Quarterly Promo Calander and Targets by customer for Modern Trade with the right building Blocks.
  • Ensure the Modern Trade Teams have clear Set KPIs on monthly basis while controlling in market spends in line with agreed plans.
  • Build the capabilities of Modern Trade team by working with HR & R&D on setting learning pathway for the team and track their progress.
  • Build the innovations bottoms up plan for the key accounts/ customers focusing on the right Channel & Innovations JBTD

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any relevant studies.
  • +2 Years of Experience in key account management experience within FMCG industry

  • UAE Driving License
