Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from USA and Canada customers, assisting them with queries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch customer service.

Respond to customer emails and handle live chat interactions with a professional and friendly approach.

Engage with customers in a courteous manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Utilize effective communication skills to understand customer requirements and address their concerns accurately.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team targets.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, transactions, and customer details in our system.

Requirements:

Excellent command of spoken English, with a clear and neutral accent.

Strong written communication skills to handle emails and live chat interactions professionally.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is an advantage but not mandatory.

Willingness to work in night shifts to cater to our international clientele.

Ability to work from our office in Surat city.
